Finding your code.
The code in your prescriber’s SMS or email is your electronic prescription. Paste the code — or the whole link, whichever is easier — and a pharmacist takes it from there.

What is an eScript, and where do I find mine?
It’s the code your prescriber texted or emailed you, sometimes shown as a link or QR square. Paste the code, or the whole link, into our form. Sending it doesn’t use it up — the script is only used when a pharmacist dispenses it.
I have a paper prescription. Can I still use Scriptwell?
Yes. Send a clear photo to get started, then post us the original — by law we can’t supply your medicine until it arrives. We’ll confirm the address.
How do repeats work?
Your remaining repeats show next to each script in your portal. We flag the last repeat and any approaching expiry, so you have time to see your prescriber.
How is my order delivered?
Tracked courier, in plain packaging — nothing on the outside says what’s inside. You get the tracking link by SMS. Local patients can collect instead.
Can you deliver anywhere in Australia?
Yes — Australia-wide by tracked courier. Around Armstrong Creek, Geelong and the Surf Coast you can collect from the counter instead.
Can I collect my order in store instead of having it delivered?
Yes, and there’s no delivery charge on pickup. We’ll text you when it’s ready at the counter. Please bring photo ID.
What if my medicine needs to stay cold?
It travels in insulated packaging with ice packs, timed so it doesn’t sit in a depot over a weekend. Any storage instructions are in the parcel.
Who sees my information?
The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff dispensing your script — that’s it. We don’t sell or share it. Our privacy policy has the detail.
How fast is the whole process?
A registered pharmacist reviews your script within 1 business day, usually sooner. After that it depends on stock — we text you at every step, so you always know where things are.
Can I ask a pharmacist a question about my medicine?
Yes. Email armstrongcreek@twcmgroup.com or reply to any of our texts — a registered pharmacist answers.
Access pathways
Prescribed by your own doctor.
What are the SAS-B and Authorised Prescriber pathways?
They are the TGA’s access pathways for prescription medicines that aren’t listed on the national register of therapeutic goods. Your doctor either applies under the Special Access Scheme (Category B) for you individually, or holds an Authorised Prescriber approval for that kind of medicine. The approval sits with your doctor and travels alongside your prescription — a pharmacist confirms it as part of the normal dispensing check.
Can Scriptwell help me get a prescription?
No. Scriptwell is a dispensing and delivery service for people who already hold a valid prescription from their own doctor or health practitioner. We don’t arrange prescriptions, consultations or referrals — that conversation belongs with your own doctor.
Do I need to send anything besides my prescription?
Usually not. Your prescriber’s TGA approval is confirmed as part of the pharmacist’s dispensing check. If you have a copy of an approval letter, uploading it with your script can speed the review up — but if not, we can confirm the details directly with your prescriber’s clinic.
