Paste the code from the SMS or email your prescriber sent you. It takes a couple of minutes, and you don’t need an account to start.
A pharmacist confirms it
A pharmacist checks your script, then you choose what you need. We confirm stock and your exact price before you pay.
Pay, then track or collect
Pay securely once the order is confirmed. Choose local pickup or discreet tracked delivery, with updates by SMS and in your portal.
Access pathways
Your doctor prescribes. We dispense.
Some prescription medicines in Australia aren’t listed on the national register of therapeutic goods, so doctors prescribe them through TGA access pathways: the Special Access Scheme (Category B) or as an Authorised Prescriber. If your own doctor has prescribed for you through one of these pathways, your prescription works here like any other — send it to Scriptwell and a registered pharmacist confirms a lawful supply pathway before anything is dispensed.

What is an eScript, and where do I find mine?
It’s the code your prescriber texted or emailed you, sometimes shown as a link or QR square. Paste the code, or the whole link, into our form. Sending it doesn’t use it up — the script is only used when a pharmacist dispenses it.
Who sees my information?
The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff dispensing your script — that’s it. We don’t sell or share it. Our privacy policy has the detail.
How is my order delivered?
Tracked courier, in plain packaging — nothing on the outside says what’s inside. You get the tracking link by SMS. Local patients can collect instead.
